Most of that list makes sense... but...
Hole 6 is definitely a par 4 (not 3). Nobody has 2'd it that I know of. The only way you could legitimately 2 it would be to get all the way there over the top... and that's a really long throw. (so far it's proved too long for me) Actually, I think I've only witnessed maybe one 3 on it myself. If the pros don't have a realistic chance to 2 it, then it can't be a par 3. 3 is a birdy I think.
I also think the same argument can be made for holes 5, 14, and maybe 15. I don't think anybody has 2'd any of those holes. A hole's given par-label should allow for some possibility for a birdy, by a really good player at least.
So I would probably make holes 5, 6, and 14 par 4s... bumping the course par up to 60.

brandon and i both took 3's on hole 6. i could see calling it a par 3, because if you play it like a girl thingy (like i did), it is a fairly straight forward albeit tough 3. however, i agree that it's extremely hard for anyone to deuce it...so maybe that makes it a par 4. ::shrug:: i'm glad to see those distances listed...hole 17 is 600 feet. wow. that make's the 2 i saw b throw on that hole all the more impressive
