I saw someone throwing a couple of discs around this open space while sitting at the light today. I couldn't stop to see what was up. They had a couple of black dogs and looked like they were thinking about holes Anyone. PM me or post if you'd like so we can trade notes or throw around. As I live real close, I'm particularly interested in this area.
Obviously this type of activity is not club sanctioned. Just a people recreating on their own, as is allowed in our local parks.

I used to throw over there a lot on the southwest side of the street...the south east side has enough land and trees for a sweet 18 hole course but it is a wildlife protected area...I think its called Fox Run...

Yea, I checked out the Fox Run info online and it's clearly one of the "leave it alone" areas (no dogs even!) What'd you think of the SW side? Not exactly loads of giant timber, but a relatively big space considering hardly anyone is ever there. I thought the swampy area would add a pretty cool dynamic. Make sure the roads are WAY out of play of course.
