Sorry about the couple days with no response!
Yes, a map will be up in the next day or two.
The layout will be slightly different than Grateful, but since I can't remember specifics of Grateful, I can't say how.
For those long-time locals, this will make some sense:
Normal course as far as 13 (with the exception of 6's tee to hole 7, and 10's tee to hole 11), then, before playing hole 14, walk towards the footbridge and play old hole 1 west, old hole 2 long east, old hole 3 west, then tee near Welch and Prospect to across the creek under the patch of trees (one of my favs!!), then the second "new alternate" playing east from playground back towards 14's tee. Continue playing rest of normal course.
The course is in tourney placements with the exception of hole 12, which will be a portable (since the anchor is bent) and placed across the street.
Thats it for now, Brandon will have to answer questions relating to waitlist getting in, but even with the extra's we'll already have 6 fivesomes, which when talking about tourney play moves slooooow.
Only four days before game time!!

Here's the deal:
We are going to max out all of our spots (as much as I didn't want too) and allow the maximum of 105 players. One catch... only the top 100 will get a full players' pack. We were only donated 100 of the Otterboxes, so the last 5 people in the tournament will only get a shirt (can't guarantee your size) and the other stuff we are throwing in the packs. I am going to update the PDGA schedule shortly with the top 100 currently. The rest of the waiting list is as follows: (in this order!)
Zack Stansfield Pedro Stansfield Stephen Hausrath Nick Arseniak Jaime Staber Peter Shive Casey Ortiz Josh Byers Rob Lowrey Lori Montgomery Alexandria Mero
Obviously the 1st 5 names on this list are in if they want to be, the 6th spot and on down are only getting in if someone else drops out. Check-in will begin at 8pm sharp on Saturday morning, and I will probably be ready to check folks in shortly before that as well. If you do not check-in by 8:30 you will be in danger of losing your spot, even if you have already paid for the tournament!! If you are not paid or not registered yet, please arrive early to make things run more smoothly on the staff. Any questions can be directed to my club email or this thread. Peace.

All baskets are in their tournament positions. KC knows the layout and is (I think) putting together a map. I do not have a drawing program to draw on google maps so I cannot do it.

Here's the map, folks: You'll notice the numbers aren't continuous. This is because we are linking a couple holes together to make a longer, more challenging hole. (holes 6 and 7, and holes 10 and 11). Since the photo used for the map was taken, there has been a new sidewalk installed that runs through holes 12, 13 and 16. It will be safe on holes 12 and 13, but ob on hole 16 (its right behind the basket) For those who don't know, it's a local thing, and how we like to play the hole. A good rule of thumb is if the hole plays across a sidewalk, it's probably safe. If the hole plays near a sidewalk, it's most likely OB. A more detailed map will be ready before the tourney, and Brandon is putting together a detailed list of OB's and course specifics. Questions? PS: Tournament Central is not marked, but will be between holes 4, 5 and 10 under the horseshoe pavillion. We'll meet there before the rounds and to turn in scorecards afterward.

KC, I'm sure you've already caught this, but isn't 2 going to the practice basket? On the map it appears to be in one of the usual placements.

Actually two was going to be in the normal position. The only big changes are 10 to basket 11 and 6 to basket 7 and than the temporary baskets after 13 A, B, C, D and then to 14 as normal.

I'm pretty sure Todd's right about the plan being normal 2, but I could be wrong. I heard someone else mention the Safari 2, but I believe B was calling it normal. I'll have to double check with him on that. Thanks for keeping an eye out, Rich.
Keep those fingers crossed, its looking like we might get some nice weather this season!

For those watching this thread and not on the email list, Here's an update from the TD Brandon:
---------------------------------------------------- Last minute update: If you are playing the St. Paddy's Tournament Saturday, please check- in by 8:30 AM to secure your spot. I have quite a few people on the waiting list and if you have not checked in by then, I will give your spot away to the first person on the list. Tournament central will be the pavilion by the horseshoe pits. Park in the parking lot by the BMX course. It is on the right as you drive into the park. We will have signs posted to direct people to this parking lot. The course will be set up in the tournament layout for practice Friday. I have heard that someone may run doubles starting around 4:30 Friday. Direct any questions to brandon@nocodiscgolf.com or call me at 970-672-7420.
See you Saturday! -------------------------------------------
So B will be out there in the morning marking tee's and basket locations with spray paint. The actual baskets should all be in place and ready to play by 3:00 at the latest, but will be trickling in as people bring them throughout the day.
