This is a great little 9 hole course at a local school here in Fort Collins. Directions and a link to the pdga listing can be found at the nocodiscgolf website.
Despite the huge popularity of our area staple, Edora, Boltz almost always has people playing on it. This is a real testament to how nice a course it is. It's easy to get to, relatively quick to play, and a bit more challenging than you think it will be. There's been some great "safari" additions that spice things up a lot if you've got the place to yourself. The original pdga listing is about 10 years old, so the "young trees" pose quite a bigger obstacle than saplings!
Some of the baskets have numbers on them. All of the tee pads are concrete. Most people play that the tennis courts, all pavement, all private property and the ditch are OB. Be very respectful of private property and school activities. Decide before your round whether the ditch is out or in to avoid arguments on the course. The ditch, by the way, is far better at claiming discs than you'd ever think. The school has priority, so if they're using areas around the course, skip those holes. DO NOT go for the big hyzer on #2 if people are playing tennis.
Hopefully in the future, we'll have map and scorecards posted on the website. For now, just go to the far end of the parking lot/tennis courts. The first tee is next to the big lone cottonwood closest to the school and throws to the clump of 10ft high bushes half way to the ditch.
Enjoy.

Great review, Mike One addition. The ditch OB (out-of-bounds) is played in the manner you describe, provided you play across the ditch to reach the basket. (Only hole 5 has this circumstance) If the basket is on the same side of the ditch as the tee box, then all ground across the ditch becomes OB. This is actually quite helpful at this course, being that it keeps people off other holes fairways and adds an extra challenge. Also, I think you meant hole 2 when mentioning the tennis courts?
