I know I wasn't planning on playing this event... but I'm really glad I did! J-Mart and Tom Hamilton did a fantastic job putting this thing together, and I really felt like there was more going on than just the golf. The whole tournament had a really positive, fun vibe about it. It was pretty cool seeing so many people out there throwing frisbees around and goofing off before awards (and during awards)! My group stopped in the middle of one of our rounds for a converation with Johnny Roberts' wife, who we ran into on the course! Talk about some good Karma to take with us! Those Hero candy fastbacks that were in the players package were sweet, and they really embodied the "have fun" atmosphere of the tournament!
It was great to see KC kicking my butt, and beating Randolph!!! You the man KC! It was also great to see a lot of players moving up to Open for the first time, as well as other up and coming players like my boy P-Lien!
Thanks to Mike Randolph for putting Pat and I up at his place! Thanks to Hyzer Line for all the sweet gear! That was a pretty big impact for basicly the debut of their stuff! Yeah Johnny Roberts Memorial!

Thanks for the vote of confidence, KC. I really wish I had played better, but still enjoyed blasting all weekend. I don't get to play that much very often, and it did feel good to come out of DFL! Hope to get out for Choice City, but it's unlikely .

Thank you to all! what a sweet tournament and great time I had. I enjoyed meeting some new faces and shooting my first 1000 plus round. Too bad I got 7 circles in one round at JRM that ruined the chances of a victory, but it was all a blast. I got to see an ace and found some really cool glass artwork at the Birds nest. Nice shooting by all noco blasters.
